As the chair of the Freelance Musicians Association Steering Committee, Kale led a group of dedicated Local Officers including Edmund, Tammy, Nate, and John in bringing the FMA to the point of recognition by the International Executive Board. The steering committee’s main goal was to create a players conference that was built by rank and file members.
